Encouraging Teamwork In addition to the four core objectives, TYH Program is a nature-based activity, which limits technological distractions (phone and computers) and facilitates physical activity and experiential learning opportunities. TYH Program is built upon sound psychological practices and principles in addition to the experiential learning processes and inclusion with nature. Further work is proposed in regards to having TYH program independently assessed by University endorsed methodology, in order to formalise the program structure/format and optimise program efficacy.
