CNA Multicultural Services
Also known as “Patronato Epasa NSW”, “Marco Polo - The Italian School of Sydney”, “CNA Care Services”, “Centro Italia”, “Marco Polo College” and “Sportello Italia NSW”, CNA Multicultural Services is a medium-scale charity established in 2015. Their main activity is registered as welfare primarily serving adults - aged 25 to under 65 families people from a culturally and linguistically diverse background people at risk of homelessness/ people experiencing homelessness unemployed persons.
We provided social security services, advocacy and assistance to the Italian and multicultural community. We delivered a range of Covid-19 adaptable and versatile support projects including distance telecommunication support and online Italian language classes. We created an outdoor multicultural community garden available to local groups to foster social inclusion, increase awareness of healthy living and planting techniques, initiate and support community shed-style projects and host small outdoor events.
