Stand Up: Jewish Commitment to a Better World Ltd is a medium-scale charity established in 1995. Their main activity is registered as economic, social and community development primarily serving aboriginal and torres strait islander people.

Stand Up runs a range of weekly programs for the Sudanese and African community in Victoria. Two Women's groups engage 70 Sudanese women, a weekly homework club than educates 30 Sudanese high school students and a one on one mentoring program that currently has 29 partnerships. We also run school holiday programs in several remote Aboriginal communities in northern NSW and southern NSW. Lastly, we facilitate many social justice education workshops in the Jewish community with a goal of activating and inspiring the next generation of Jewish changemakers.
