Global Coalition for Change Inc
Global Coalition for Change Inc is a small-scale charity established in 2013. Their main activity is registered as adult literacy primarily serving children - aged 6 to under 15 youth - 15 to under 25 adults - aged 25 to under 65 aboriginal and torres strait islander people people in rural/regional/remote communities financially disadvantaged people.
Our charity builds literacy and educational capacity through the donation & distribution of books, and literacy equipment to Indigenous & Disadvantaged communities. We also support book collections and book distribution programs aimed at building educational resources. We also support homework and literacy camps that aim to build general literacy and educational capacity. By undertaking these programs and cooperating with many other similar and like-minded groups we can assist and build real literacy and educational capacity. It is our overall aim to build real and lasting literacy and educational capacity in Indigenous and Disadvantaged communities. Our above programs have seen over 100 book distributions and 50,000 books donated to Indigenous and Disadvantaged communities. We also cooperated with another 15 groups throughout the year in raising awareness, capacity, and resources to assist over 10,000 people. We view this past year as another successful year in helping our community.
